What case information should I prepare?
Prepare the clinical prescription, patient details required by the order form, scan files, tooth selection and desired shade. Reference photographs and contour instructions can help explain the requested appearance. Confirm accepted file formats with the laboratory if needed.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Premium options use a higher-quality material selection, as confirmed by the supplier. Ask the laboratory about the specific material and grade for your prescription. The choice should reflect the requirements of the individual case.
Can I speak with the laboratory after ordering?
Yes. Sign in to your Denta24 user account and use online chat to discuss the case with the laboratory. Refer to the order when clarifying records, tooth selection, shade or restoration requirements.
How long will my restoration take?
Confirm the production schedule and delivery arrangements with the laboratory for your case before scheduling the fitting appointment. Timing depends on the restoration and the information needed to complete the prescription.
Can I order from my country?
Check the available delivery destinations and order total in the Denta24 store. Services are offered for purchases in Africa. If you need help arranging a case or confirming delivery to your location, contact Denta24 on WhatsApp before ordering.
Do you accept physical impressions?
The online workflow is designed around case details and uploaded scans. If a case needs physical impressions or additional records, discuss the handling and delivery arrangements with the laboratory before sending anything.
Are the portfolio photographs specific to the listed products?
The gallery presents selected laboratory work, including anterior details and full-arch examples. Choose the corresponding service for your prescription. Gallery examples do not change what is included in an individual crown, veneer or partial-restoration order.
